Professional, on time, quick, and efficient service. I called and Richard was quick to respond. He had Gabriel show up rather quickly, within the time discussed. Gabriel assessed the garage door and knew right away what was wrong. He showed us the broken spring and was able to change the broken spring quickly. Our garage door is working perfectly. I will highly recommend their services to anyone.

List Of Common Garage Door Opener Problems
1) Remote Control Or Wall Switch Doesn’t Work
If the garage door does not move when you press the remote control or wall switch, there may be a problem with the electrical power source. The most obvious thing to look for is whether or not the door opener is plugged correctly into the outlet.
After that, check if the fuse, GFCI outlet powering, or circuit breaker has not tripped. It’s also possible that the garage door opener’s motor has burned out and is no longer functional.
Our well-trained garage door service representative in Broward County can handle all these issues quickly. We can address electrical wiring issues, short-circuiting problems, and motor replacement tasks in the case of a malfunctioning motor.
2) Wireless Keypad Or Remote Control Doesn’t Open Garage Door
There are numerous reasons why your garage door does not respond to the garage door opener remotes or wireless keypad. One of the first reasons is the antenna’s range. You may be too far away because even a few feet can degrade the signal. Consider going closer to the garage door.
Next, if the door works appropriately with the hardwired wall switch, the issue is with your remote control. This could indicate the batteries in your wireless keypad or garage door opener remote need replacement.
If none of the above solutions work, you should contact a garage door opener repair professional in Broward County who will re-program the remote control and look for other problems.
3) Garage Door Halts When It Touches The Floor
There is a problem with the close limit switch if the garage door leaps upward immediately after hitting the floor. If this adjustment screw fails, the garage door may reverse before touching the floor or may not close completely.
Our experienced garage door replacement representative in FL will assist in adjusting the close-limit adjustment screw on the door opener motor and ensuring that the door operates smoothly. This should be thoroughly examined during the garage door opener installation tasks to ensure that any problems do not arise in the future.
Types Of Garage Door Openers
There are several types of garage door openers that have been used in modern garage doors. The size, style, and functionality of your garage door will determine the kind of garage opener you require. If you are unsure about the type of garage door opener you need, we can assist you in deciding on the right solution for your garage doors.
Moreover, we can offer you the options that will successfully meet your garage door opener installation needs. Garage door openers have numerous mechanisms listed below as follows:
1) Screw-Driven Mechanisms
These openers use a long steel screw connecting to the door’s motor. When the screw is turned ON, it rotates to pull the door cables. This system is installed on the garage ceiling to provide overhead opening and closing.
2) Belt-Drive Systems
Another type of garage door opener uses a belt to operate the movement. This results in a smooth, nearly silent motion. This system has numerous accessibility parts like keypads, remotes, and smartphones. It’s a perfect choice for installing modern garage doors.
3) Chain-Drive Mechanisms
This garage opener system is the most powerful among others, with the ability to lift more than one garage door. This is the right choice if you want something cheap and don’t mind how the system works. This most affordable option demands regular garage door replacement and maintenance as it runs slightly slower and can make noise as the chain is pulled and coiled.
4) Wall Mount Openers
As the names indicate, a wall mount garage door opener mounts the motor to the wall rather than near the ceiling. This gives you more overhead space in your garage for overhead lights, ceiling fans, or additional storage. The wall mount design virtually eliminates all the noise and vibrations.
5) MYQ Internet Gateway
MYQ has built-in WiFi that allows you to operate your garage door using your smartphone. You can program your garage door to close regularly or turn the door opener lights ON and OFF. MYQ is compatible with all major smartphone brands and platforms.
We give you peace of mind by using top garage door opener brands that complement our high-quality garage door services and repairs in FL.

Some information about Davie, FL
Davie is a town in Broward County, Florida, United States, approximately 24 miles (39 km) north of Miami. The town’s population was 110,320 at the 2020 census. Davie is a principal city of the Miami metropolitan area, which was home to an estimated 6,198,782. It is the most populous municipality labelled as a ″town” in Florida, and the third most populous such community in the United States, trailing only Gilbert, Arizona and Cary, North Carolina. Horseback riding is common as much of its historic buildings include ranches and other Western establishments.
Prior to European colonization, the Tequesta were the native people of what is now Davie. A few campsites and graves have been found in Davie, the oldest dating back 5,000 to 7,000 years in Pine Island Ridge. After Spanish colonization, many of the Tequesta died and the remaining few escaped to Havana with the Spanish when Florida became a British colony or they assimilated into the newly arrived Seminoles in the late 18th century. Davie was founded by Tamara Toussaint and Jake Tannebaum. The original name of the town was Zona. In 1909, R.P. Davie assisted then Florida Governor Napoleon Bonaparte Broward by draining swamplands. Robert Parsell (R.P.) Davie, a developer, bought about 27,000 acres (42 sq mi; 109 km2) in the area. He built a school in Zona. In 1916, the people of the town were so grateful they renamed the town after him. It was carved out of Everglades land that was mostly underwater.
Davie has always had a reputation as a “Western” town, with many earlier buildings having “Wild West” architecture. It boasts a significant horse-owning population and once was home to many herds of cattle. In recent years, commercial and residential development has discouraged such practices, but Davie still tries to maintain a “Western” feel. Pioneer City, a western theme park, was located across the street from Flamingo Gardens. It was built in the 1960s and closed a few years later.
The Davie School, designed in 1917 by August Geiger, one of South Florida’s most prominent early architects, opened in 1918 with about 90 students. The Davie School was the first permanent school in the Everglades and is now Broward County’s oldest existing school building. The building was in continuous use as a school until 1980. The Davie School Foundation was established in 1984 to protect and restore the Davie School to the integrity of its earlier appearance. The Foundation in conjunction with the Town of Davie, the Broward County School Board, the Soroptimists International of Davie, the Davie Historical Society and the community at large has worked tirelessly to preserve this important piece of Broward County’s history The building is now referred to as the “Old Davie School,” and is maintained by a collaboration of the Davie School Foundation and the Town of Davie.
